At Arrow Trade, the sales team is considered the engine that drives the global consumer reach of our packaging solutions. <br><br>We’re seeking a qualified sales manager who can help keep this engine running with their own sales skills as well as <br>leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. <br><br>The ideal sales manager should have a deep experience with the entire <br>sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. <br> We’re looking for a someone who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire <br>the same performance in others. <br><br>The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, <br>or replace sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.<br><br>Responsibilities: <br>• Lead and manage sales team by providing them top strategies and plans.<br>• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.<br>• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the <br>company’s global reach.<br>• Ensure that the CRM system supports and enhances sales processes, workflows, and customer <br>engagement strategies.<br>• Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align CRM <br>efforts and promote cross-functional collaboration.<br>• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.<br>• Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their <br>performance. <br>• Utilize the CRM system’s reporting and analytics capabilities to track and monitor sales team <br>performance.<br>• Work with the CRM administrator or IT team to customize the CRM system to better meet <br>the specific needs of the sales team and align with evolving business requirements.<br>• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with sales goals, such as conversion <br>rates, pipeline growth, and revenue targets.<br>• Review CRM reports and dashboards to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for <br>improvement within the sales process.<br>• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.<br>• Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives <br>and monitor progress.<br>• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.<br>• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing <br>the team’s strengths and weaknesses.<br>• Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer <br>accounts.<br>• Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them.<br>• Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key <br>demographics.<br><br>Required Skills/ Abilities: <br>• Experience in forex or financial institution is a must.<br>• Five (5) or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting.<br>• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.<br>• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.<br>• Outstanding leadership ability.<br>• Effectively managing the CRM (Customer Relationship Management).<br>• Motivational speaking experience.
