Our client is a well-known U.A.E Fabrication Company.<p><br></p>Job Purpose<p><br></p>Responsible for fabricating high-quality stainless steel products, including cladding, wall cladding, foot rails,. stainless steel handrail, canopy, bollards, SS Internal Railing, SS External Railing,.<p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications &amp; Skills Required -</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in stainless steel fabrication, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.</li><li>working knowledge of English to read, write &amp; understand the drgs &amp; shop floor reports.</li><li>Proficiency in stainless steel fabrication techniques, including cutting, welding (TIG/MIG), bending, and finishing.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Job Description And Responsibilities -</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>To understand the project specifications / requirements for the allocated drawings, communicate to all concerned in the fabrication bay and further work allocation of all the crews.</li><li>To possess Knowledge in all Stainless steel Fabrication and Site Installation works for SS Internal Railing, SS External Railing, SS Cladding works for Columns, External Gates, Pergolas, MS / GI / Sky light Dome, MS Tubular Modular Furniture.</li><li>Need to follow Up with the Purchase / Stores dept for the Material required for the project</li><li>Supervise the Workers in Stainless Steel division</li><li>Prepare the daily Plan target before the beginning of the shift, and should provide the achieved, before the end of the day</li><li>Will be full responsible for the Site execution works On Quality, Productivity and Safety</li><li>Ensures adherence to production schedules, maintains process quality, efficiency standards, budget control, and inventory management. Additionally, the ability to interpret and execute tasks based on technical drawings is required.</li><li>Fabricating stainless steel products from supplied drawings</li></ul>
