We’re a team of dedicated people driving this mission by providing better, faster, and cheaper ways to access food through technology.<p><br></p>Where this role fits in our mission<p><br></p>To ensure a great and consistent product experience for our customers, this role sits between the Food and Operations teams to communicate, coordinate, and apply<p><br></p>This role in one sentence<p><br></p>Be the link between the central food team and the local production teams and own the recipe guideline updates and dashboard updates where required.<p><br></p>Accountable for giving the kitchen(s) the correct information through documentation and processes in order to deliver a consistent food experience.<p><br></p>What you’ll be working on<p><br></p>Liaising between the Brand, Food, and Operations Team to roll out the monthly meal plans<p><br></p><ul><li>Receive the monthly plans brief from the brand team and gather feedback from the local business unit regarding sourcing and capacity </li><li>Maintain a list of required equipment developed by the Scaling Chefs to be shared with all country operations ahead of new launches</li><li>Be the single point of contact between local Production &amp; Supply chain teams (and regional team if information is required) for new menu item launches</li><li>Coordinate with the business units on scheduling training sessions with the scaling and training chefs</li></ul><p><br></p>Respond to production team clarifications on menu items<ul><li>Respond to daily operations questions on menu portioning guidelines and cooking methods </li><li>Receive all recommendations from the kitchens, and create a tracker for all experiments regarding cooking method changes </li><li>Receive the feedback from the local business units on new / alternative ingredients and capture it as part of the tracker above </li><li>Work with the central scaling chef and within nutritional specs to approve alternative ingredients due to unavailability (create a clear process flow)</li><li>Ensure dashboard is up to date solving the below:</li><ul><li>Ingredients, meal level, components level, in order to enable the kitchen to correctly schedule production, planning and costing</li></ul></ul><p><br></p>Working expectations<p><br></p>Reporting to<p><br></p><ul><li>This role will report into the lead of the Food Team </li></ul><p><br></p>Measures of success<p><br></p><ul><li>Create a seamless tracking framework for all projects coming from the food team and operations team </li><li>Ensure the dashboard data is up to date</li><li>Timely response to all daily operations tasks </li><li>Tracking the progress of Supply Chain initiated cost savings if they align with quality and nutrition standards </li><li>Coordinate with the business units on scheduling training sessions with the Scaling and Training chefs </li><li>Respond to and receive requests from the operations team</li><li>When adding a new ingredient, talk to the local supply chain teams with the specs sheet, source it and update the cost on the sheet</li><li>Communicate with the kitchens if they need new equipment</li></ul><p><br></p>Powered by JazzHR<p><br></p>LNK27a8b9Q
