A Food & Beverage Training Manager will assist the Director of Food and Beverage to develop, plan and manage learning and development programs for the Food and Beverage division to meet both the individual and organizational needs and requirements. Under the guidance of the Director F&B you will plan, manage and administer in depth training plans ensuring all necessary requirements are met.<p><br></p><strong>What will I be doing?</strong><p><br></p>A Food & Beverage Training Manager will assist the Director, Food and Beverage to develop, plan and manage learning and development programs for the Food and Beverage division to meet both the individual and organizational needs and requirements. Specifically, a Food & Beverage Training Manager will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:<p><br></p><ul><li>Work alongside departmental trainers to ensure that regular and consistent departmental training is delivered to fulfill the needs of all operational departments</li><li>Continuous review of guests’ feedback from all potential sources including social media, reservation systems, management feedback, and mystery shoppers </li><li>Conducting training needs analysis through deployment of tools for identifying root courses and providing appropriate learning and development interventions to bridge the gaps.</li><li>Facilitate regular open communication regarding training with Management and team members, look for feedback and suggest changes/additions to training where necessary. </li><li>Develop current and effective learning and development</li><li>Monitor and gauge the effectiveness of the training modules and programmes by implementing real time and real value measures such as assessments and sales reports. </li><li>Establish a methodology for weekly/monthly reporting on training KPI’s and share with team as appropriate. </li><li>Create and facilitate the creation of bite size training to provide and deliver immediate individual and team results. </li><li>Source external vendors to deliver programmes internally including academic and non-academic courses to meet employees learning and development needs. </li><li>Instilling a culture of high quality, process excellence and continuous improvement through clearly defined KPI’s performance target and customer satisfaction. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong><p><br></p>A Food & Beverage Training Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
