<strong>Your day to day<br><br></strong>Our Food &amp; Beverage Manager will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of InterContinental Aqaba’s extensive Food &amp; Beverage operations, to ensure the achievement of guest, colleague and Hotel standards along with departmental revenue and profit goals.<br><br>You’ll manage food and beverage operations to ensure quality service and standards whilst delivering a memorable guest experience, with a focus on ensuring our team are well-trained. With a direct reporting line to the Food &amp; Beverage Director, this is a critical position requiring proven capability in creating a positive and productive work environment.<br><br>Your strength will be your ability to build, motivate and lead an effective team that delivers results and is highly engaged. You won’t be afraid to step in when required and support your team by working alongside them.<br><br><strong>What We Need From You<br></strong><ul><li>5+years’ experience in Food &amp; Beverage operation, within a luxury Resort environment is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) Arabic language take an advantage, passion for delivering results and developing people and self.</li><li>The ability to influence and manage complex relationships and key stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent leadership skills to partner with the Food &amp; Beverage Director.</li><li>Comprehension of productivity and revenue management principles.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail &amp; commitment to high standards</li><li>You must meet the legal requirements to live &amp; work in Jordan.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Offer<br><br></strong>In return we’ll give you a competitive financial and benefits package and the chance to work with a great team of people.
