<p>Tabi Boba Cafe is looking for an experienced F&amp;B Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all&nbsp;operations of the cafe, including hiring, training and performance management of&nbsp;all staff, inventory management, customer service, and creation of&nbsp;store goals and promotions to maximize profits.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate should be able to operate stores smoothly and understand the company’s direction and guide the team towards the same goal.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and supervise the team on each shift, ensuring that the company maintains the highest quality of service standards</li><li>Oversees store staffing levels and assists in hiring and promotion assessments. Organizes labor to ensure adequate staffing.</li><li>Supervise, support and confirm that the outlets adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards, policies and procedures</li><li>Monitors inventory levels and communicates with vendors to maintain business&nbsp;relationships and secure appropriate pricing, in coordination with the operations manager.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring that all financial duties and reporting are completed&nbsp;accurately, including all administrative tasks.</li><li>Seeks to grow customer base and increase store traffic by creating and leading&nbsp;promotions within and outside the store as well as maintaining functional, efficient, pleasant store environment and high-quality food and beverage offerings.</li><li>Seeks to increase sales, monitors weekly and monthly P&amp;L data and works to increase bottom-line profits.</li><li>Helps to organize marketing efforts, including overseeing social media presence,&nbsp;completion of sampling and seasonal promotional goals and events, and interfacing with&nbsp;various groups and school organizations to grow customer base.</li><li>Handle any guest feedback on food quality and service</li><li>Routine inspection of all outlet equipment to assure all are in proper working condition and prepare a list of equipment in need of repair and maintenance</li><li>Regular stock-taking to ensure sufficient supplies in restaurant/café for smooth operation</li><li>Plan staff roster based on outlet’s operational requirements</li><li>Supervise and support the operations of at least two restaurants/cafés</li><li>Able to function as customer relations and handle customer reservations</li><li>Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Manager</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role</li><li>Strong skills in budget development and oversight</li><li>Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service</li><li>Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes</li><li>Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications</li><li>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field</li><li>Strong IT skills, including database development</li><li>Multiple years of financial and account reporting experience</li><li>Ability to communicate in more than one language</li></ul>
