Rixos Qetaifan Island North
Opening in 2023, Rixos Qetaifan Island North will comprise a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort will boast panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Waterpark attraction. The Icon Tower is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.
Food and Beverage Manager
Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for all the food and beverage operations, which includes all culinary, restaurant, beverage, and service operations.
Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards, and meeting or exceeding financial goals. Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations. Develops and implements business plans for food and beverage.

What you will be doing:
– Develops and manages all financial, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction plans and actions for Food and Beverage departments.
– Maintains a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations.
– Utilizes budgets to understand financial objectives.
– Leading Food and Beverage Team.
– Manages the Food and Beverage departments.
– Supervises and manages employees.
– Manages all day-to-day operations.
– Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in colleagues’ absence.

– Oversees all culinary, restaurant, beverage, and service operations.

– Provides guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.

– Adhere to all emergency procedures, ensuring Guest safety and participating in an evacuation if necessary

– To enforce and adhere to all Qatar laws, Health, Safety & Environmental policies, industry and company rules and regulations, reporting any safety concerns or incidents to management to minimize risk and maintain a clean safe, and hygienic environment for all Guests and Colleagues
– To attend briefing, training, and development programs to promote personal and career growth.
– To track Colleague performance appraisals submitted by the department
– Always maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
– Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management
