<p><span>We are seeking a Food and Beverage Manager for a reputable Hotel in Al Najaf, Iraq. A motivated team player who will be working hand to hand with the Directory as well as with the kitchen and restaurant staff to increase their knowledge and skills.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and day-to-day monitoring of all departments involved in the provision of food and beverages, starting with the determination of the food and beverage menu in the kitchens, up to the organization and supervision of the activities of the restaurants, cafes and banquet halls in a way that preserves the level of service and the reputation of the hotel.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Qualifications:</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>1. University degree in hotel management.</span></p><p><span>2. At least 3 years of experience in the hotel industry.</span></p><p><span>3. At least 5 years of experience as a banquet and restaurant supervisor.</span></p><p><span>4. Has administrative and conflict resolution skills.</span></p><p><span>5. Proficient in the use of computers.</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
