<p>Sindalah Island, located within the stunning coastal region of NEOM in Saudi Arabia, is a luxury resort offering unparalleled experiences to guests from all over the world. At the heart of the resort lies our Golf Club, and we are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food &amp; Beverage Manager to join our team.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Food &amp; Beverage Business, have a strong knowledge about drinks and mixology, and possess the right behavioural competencies viz. Business Acumen, Customer Service, Decision Making, Organizing, strong interpersonal and coaching skills, Excellent communication skills, should be customer oriented and have strong interpersonal skills. The Manager will play a key role in ensuring the success of our Golf Club and elevating the overall guest experience at Sindalah Island.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead and manage a team of employees.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues in a professional manner.</li><li>Oversee the club’s budget and financial reporting.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.</li><li>Plan and deliver programs that meet the needs of the club’s guests.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Key Requirements:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>3-5 years of experience in a Food &amp; Beverage management role in a luxury resort or similar environment</li><li>3-5 years of experience in a Golf Club.</li><li>Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting</li><li>Knowledge of health and safety regulations and luxury resort management principles</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications</li></ul><p><br></p><p>At Sindalah Island Golf Club, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment, with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
