Job Description
Our client is currently is seeking an FM Consultant to join their team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
– Support Senior and Principal Consultants on client projects, taking responsibility for own work
– Liaise with clients, prepare for, support and attend meetings
– Assist in the preparation of consultancy bid proposals
– Assist in presentations, both to clients and internally
– Prepare project programmes
– Prepare FM strategies, specifications, Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
– Review masterplans, designs and technical documents of developments in relation to Facilities Management services
Client Management:
– Ensure proactive communications with GJC clients
– Build relationships with clients to foster new business
– Assist in winning new business
