<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p><br></p><p> <span>As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to understand business requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure the overall performance, scalability, and usability of our applications.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Collaborate with other teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.</span></li><li><span>Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.</span></li><li><span>Implement new features and functionality while ensuring the best possible performance and user experience.</span></li><li><span>Identify and address technical issues and bugs, ensuring the overall stability and reliability of the applications.</span></li><li><span>Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.</span></li><li><span>Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.</span></li><li><span>Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Flutter and Dart development.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong><span>:</span></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</span></li><li><span>3-5 years of professional experience as a Flutter/Dart Developer.</span></li><li><span>Strong proficiency in Dart programming language and the Flutter framework.</span></li><li><span>Experience developing and deploying mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.</span></li><li><span>Experience with Firebase or other backend-as-a-service platforms.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.</span></li><li><span>Solid understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.</span></li><li><span>Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.</span></li><li><span>Strong communication and teamwork abilities.</span></li><li><span>Proven ability to meet deadlines.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Familiarity with state management solutions such as Provider or Redux.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Flutter Test or Mockito.</span></li><li><span>Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><li><br></li>
