Flight Dispatcher

Job Description

Looking for a Flight Dispatcher with the following requirements:

• GACA Aircraft Dispatcher license.

• Transferable Saudi Iqama, currently available inside KSA

• Joining date: immediately

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience as a Flight Dispatcher in Business aviation.

Skills

–         Preparing flight packages for all domestic, international, ETOPS & non ETOPS flights in

accordance with the regulatory requirements.

• Handle the day-to-day operations to ensure safety and adhere to GACA regulations.

• Ability to dispatch all long-range flights, ETOPS planning covering a worldwide area of operations (NATS & MNPS and CFMU compliance).

• Arrange VIP ground handling, slots, overflying, landing permits, fuel, crew hotels & tickets.

• Analyze and evaluate meteorological information to determine potential hazards to the safety of the flight.

• Select the most optimum route for flight planning.

• Well versed with crew duty time limitation.

• Responsible for maintaining crew records.

• Updating the flight operation system on a regular basis.

• Flight watch and operational control.

• Preparation of monthly reports
