Achieve monthly individual sales targets.

Undertake business development contacts daily and/or customer visits as per the standards set by the Fleet manual.

Scope the customer requirement and submit the quotation accordingly as per the company guidelines

Submit daily Call Reports, Hot Prospects, and Lost Orders, and combined monthly reports

Persuade the customer towards principals Products, emphasizing features and merits, without discounting the brand, to continuously enhance the image of principal in the eyes of Customer

Update the customer data base and utilize it to enhance referrals and sales

Ensure good product knowledge and information about the principals products and competitors models, utilize this information to enhance the sales conversion ratio

Achieve higher Fleet customer satisfaction index and handle customer queries or complaints very carefully, reporting on same to the Deputy Manager/Assistant Fleet Manager

Propose and follow up with finance companies for credit approvals for the customers and convert to the sales

Develop long term relationship with fleet customers to enhance the sales

Offer and conduct test drives with every new fleet customer

Actively participate in all principals’ sales campaigns and marketing activities to enhance the sales

Make pre and post-sale telephone calls to the customer

Liaise with administration and PDI to ensure that the car delivery to the customer is made within 3 days, and the new car delivery process is followed

Adhere to the company policies, Decorum, Punctuality and Dress code

Requirements

National Diploma in Sales and Marketing with 5 years in automotive fleet sales

Flair for selling

Passion for meeting targets

Presentation Skills

Good personality

Communication skills (written and oral)

Valid GCC license
