We are looking for <strong>Fleet Administrator* </strong>to manage our growing fleet of 45+ vehicles. As a Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our company vehicles. This includes scheduling regular maintenance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring all vehicles are properly registered and insured.<p><br></p>You will also be responsible for managing our team of drivers, ensuring they are properly trained and following all safety protocols. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting on vehicle usage and expenses.<p><br></p><ul><li>This is mostly an office/warehouse based job, however the fleet admin shall also be able to drive vehicles for renewals or service centers (when/where needed).</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What We Offer</strong><p><br></p>As <strong>Deluxe Holiday Homes</strong>, part of your responsibilities will be implementing compensation, reward, and benefit structures. What you can count on, so far, are the following:<p><br></p><ul><li>Market-competitive salary based on your impact and performance;</li><li>30 days of annual leave;</li><li>Visa and permits;</li><li>Health insurance;</li><li>An engaged team that works together to deliver without politics.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Responsible to manage and keep all company vehicles, drivers, and all related documents up-to-date as per company’s policies using Fleet Management Software (FMS).</li><li>Review and record all all transportation related records such as Fuel consumptions, Salik, GPS readings, parking tickets, fines, accidents, violations by drivers, repairs, service contracts and service center visits in FMS.</li><li>Conduct weekly inspections of all vehicles, generate reports and ensure that all is recorded in FMS along with any incidents found.</li><li>Manage all renewals such as mulkias, vehicle insurances, service contracts, seasonal parking cards, branded permits, etc.</li><li>Manage, record (and report) all accidents and incidents to insurance provider, company management and other authorities (as needed).</li><li>Responsible for playing emergency contact in case of road accident or vehicle breakdown.</li><li>Transport all vehicles to the service centers and back when required.</li><li>Arrange spare vehicles/parts for the drivers when required.</li><li>Conduct other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.</li></ul><p><br></p>The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality and customer service as well as strong organizational and communication skills.
