What you will be doing:
– Welcome guests to the Health Club and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience
– Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines and g ive clients information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues
– Maintain the weight and cardiovascular fitness areas; ensuring equipment is clean, functioning properly and used according to the guidelines of the facility
– Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment
– Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
