<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead and manage contractors & suppliers effectively to ensure that the project and on-site works are completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame.</li><li>Strong site management skills, schedule planning and reporting.</li><li>Monitor the project’s time, cost, quality, scope, resources and risk management.</li><li>Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan.</li><li>Efficiently manage and work closely with designers.</li><li>Good knowledge and understanding of Project Management skills and tools.</li><li>Preparation/ submission/ necessary documents to building management to obtain PTW.</li><li>Coordinate with the design team with regard to the preparation/ submission/ approval of shop and as-built drawings.</li><li>Ability to run projects within budget and schedule.</li><li>Any ad hoc duties assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements :</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>7 years of relevant working experience in interior design fit-out work.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office skills.</li><li>Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills with an emphasis on attention to details.</li><li>Excellent project & people management skills.</li><li>Excellent presentation and management skills.</li><li>With personal transportation is preferred.</li><li>Able to start work immediately.</li></ul>
