About This Role

We are looking for a Fishing Supervisor to join our operations in Kuwait. This role will report to the Operations Supervisor for Well Intervention.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee and perform all kinds of jobs with assigned equipment and people, safely and efficiently. Provide service delivery with flawless service quality and no HSE incidents in accordance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Ensure that the correct equipment and materials has arrived on location.
  • Ensure equipment is rigged up, tested and ready to perform the job, as requested by client, with no deviations from company standards and contingency plans in place.
  • Take full accountability for the complete service delivery process to the client.
  • Execute successful jobs as per the design provided and approved by the Client.

What You Will Need To Succeed

  • Fluency in English (reading, writing and oral)
  • Bachelor Degree Educated in engineering with minimum of 5 years field experience within fishing services and minimum 2 years of experience in offshore and HPHT wells or Diploma with 15 years long relevant experience gained working in a similar position in Offshore and HPTHT wells.
  • Offshore experience in a similar role is a must.
  • A good understanding of IT software and IT systems.
  • Should be able to successfully demonstrate physical ability to perform essential job functions and have the necessary basic training for QHSE implementation.
  • Must successfully pass pre-placement medical examination and drug screening.
  • Ability and willingness to travel in Kuwait on rotational basis.

Competencies

  • Proficient with basic hydraulics calculation is a must
  • Cased Hole & Open Hole Fishing experience
  • Whipstock experience
  • Plug & Abandonment experience
