<p><strong>Profile- Fish Monger</strong></p><p><strong>Location – Qatar</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We have urgently required <strong>fishmongers</strong> </p><p> <strong>Salary:-</strong> 2,000 and 2,200 Qatari Riyals + FAT</p><p>Locate someone with <strong>GCC</strong> experience</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:-</strong></p><p>1 Washed and filleted fishes and removed their non-edible parts </p><p>2 Cut, trimmed and stored fishes to meet customer specifications </p><p>3 Stocked and rotated all uncut fishes and fish cuts in proper storage area </p><p>4 Updated and maintained records related to fish items, accurately </p><p>5 Cleaned and sanitized work area, knives and other related equipments </p><p>6 Maintained food quality of all supplies, in compliance with established food </p><p>and safety regulations </p><p>7 Received, checked and stored all fishes and documented fish quantity</p><p>8 Placed and showcased fish cuts and merchandise in the display area, in an attractive manner</p><p>Clean and remove scales from the fish </p><p>Debone and remove skin according to the customer’s preferences </p><p>Clean out the abdominal cavity and make sure the fish meat is healthy </p><p>Maintained food quality of all supplies, in compliance with established food </p><p>and safety regulations </p><p>Maintained all equipment related to fish trimming, cleaning, filleting &amp; </p><p>storing </p><p>Kept the fish showcase clean and display the filleted fish with accurate labels </p><p>about weight, cut, and price</p><p>Wrap the fish after curing </p><p>Maintained the inventory of all sales and purchases </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Interested Candidates can send their cv at pranjal.more@ipsl.co.in</strong></p>
