This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a dynamic role within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering.<p><br></p>This fast-paced role offers an excellent opportunity to work on document control for high-profile multidisciplinary projects across the Middle East whilst ensuring an exemplary level of quality, organisation, coordination, and communication skills are maintained throughout.<p><br></p>If you are passionate, committed to excellence, self-driven and great with time and task management skills, you could be a part of our team.<p><br></p><strong>Key Accountabilities and Activities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead tasks on projects and shall report to seniors and associates </li><li>Successful delivery of projects to a high standard</li><li>Maintain high quality of all deliverables with efficient time delivery</li><li>Act as main point of contact for efficient project delivery</li><li>FLS Design, Drawing review, inspection, and preparation of drawing and reviews for authority submission and approval</li><li>FLS reports writing </li><li>Produce accurate and timely submittals to agreed deadlines</li><li>Prepare and issuance of final FLS Strategy reports and studies when assigned by seniors and associates</li><li>Lead the continued development of FLS design deliverables </li><li>Act as PM for FLS and multidisciplinary projects as per AESG project management standards</li><li>Meet the timeline set for the generation of all designs, reports and related submission tasks such as client meetings and workshops</li><li>Keep traceability and version control for all generated design and technical submittal</li><li>Contribute to the successful delivery of projects</li><li>Actively pursue continued professional development through the completion of training modules</li><li>Engaging in the implementation and maintenance of the IMS and its processes and in achieving expected outputs</li><li>Conducting all FLS activities in a quality, healthy and safe manner and reporting any observed problems/risks to the concerned head or personnel<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>The ideal candidate fits the below profile:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Committed to technical excellence</li><li>Good relationship builders (internal and external)</li><li>Collaborative personality<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Essential Skills:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Analytical skills and ability to independently carry out project sub-tasks.</li><li>Technical skills CAD Design</li><li>Time Management and Research</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Admin Support and Documentation<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Why join AESG?</strong><p><br></p>AESG is a multidisciplinary specialist consultancy, offering a consultancy service and work environment like no other.<p><br></p>Through our world-class reputation for innovative thinking, pushing projects to outperform expectations through smart application of planning, engineering, and architectural solutions, our project portfolio includes some of the worlds most forward-thinking and exciting new developments.<p><br></p>The success of our company is built on the success of individuals.
