<strong>Role Purpose </strong><p><br></p>To build and nurture a future-oriented organization that is pioneering, cutting-edge and perfectly embodies the NEOM core value of being ‘An Accelerator of Human Progress’, enhancing NEOM’s standing as the world’s safest and most secure place to live and work.<p><br></p>The fire &amp; HSE Services lead role is responsible and accountable for safeguarding all hospital personnel lives, property and assets by planning, formulating, implementing, and supervising fire safety plans that take care of specific fire and life safety systems. Duties include developing prevention plans for all potential risk, emergency response plans to ensure safety of the NEOM healthcare facilities.<p><br></p>The role will require a high level of technical and interpersonal skills, diplomacy and a culturally appropriate attitude that perfectly embodies the NEOM mindset of diversity.<p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Responsible for all safety management, and risk prevention activities in NEOM healthcare facilities.</li><li> Responsible for safety across all day-to-day operations, ensuring that the services are maintained and improved.</li><li> Responsible for the oversight of the fire and loss prevention service partner.</li><li> Support in developing and enriching a safety priority culture across NEOM healthcare facilities residence, visitors, employees, and service partners.</li><li> Responsible for providing analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.</li><li> Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects.</li><li> Carries out any in-house safety training.</li><li> Performs Risk Assessment.</li><li> Provides Safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start up activities.</li><li> Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to direct supervisor; and complete safety training and certifications.</li><li> Execute fire risk assessments, inspections and audits across all NEOM healthcare facilities. Premises and develop and implement fire safety emergency.</li><li> Assist in accident/incident investigations.</li><li> Establish mechanisms to manage and maintain property information for all aspects of NEOM healthcare facilities works relating to fire to ensure compliance with requirements.</li><li> Supports the NEOM Hospital Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue</li><li> Supports the NEOM Hospital Management in the Organization roles and responsibilities definition, for what concerns safety aspects.</li><li> Ensures, in accordance with the NEOM healthcare facilities guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Hospital HSE Systems.</li><li> Perform any other related tasks as directed.</li><li> Develop monthly or periodically reports to share and present to management as requested.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Knowledge, Skills And Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> 4 or above years’ experience in Health, Safety and Environment and Fire Services or equivalent .</li><li> Working knowledge in Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems, Environmental Discharges, Incident Command System, Incident Investigation by using Tripod Beta Tool, HSE Auditing Techniques, HEMP, Radiological Safety.</li><li> Extensive knowledge in CBAHI, NFPA and OSHA</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s Degree in health, safety, environment science/Engineering or equivalent with additional professional.</li><li> Qualifications in HSE and Fire &amp; Safety Management Systems is preferred.</li><li> Master degree is perferable.</li></ul>
