The company was founded on May 29, 1933 and is headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.</p> <p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a Financial Specialist to join the Modeling and Valuation Division of the Treasury Financial Advisory Department at This Company. The Modeling and Valuation Division is responsible of providing advisory and analytical support to Merger, Acquisition and Divestitures opportunities as well as Joint venture formation, activities involve economic and financial modeling, supporting financial and commercial negotiations, reviewing term sheets and purchase and sales agreements. Advisory services cover valuation, transaction structuring and quantifying impact on This Company’s financials. The Financial Specialist is responsible for financial modeling and analysis of potential joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions primarily in the downstream oil and gas and petrochemical industries. This position handles complex, non-routine financial or banking projects, which have little precedent, develops and interprets data used in highly technical and confidential analysis, assists in the development of positions relative to new problem areas of situations and develops polices, programs and procedures.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Utilize financial modeling experience to support operations, preferably in investment banking, petrochemical, or energy industry.</li> <li>Conduct economic evaluations, cash flow and variance analysis, and structured finance and project finance modeling.</li> <li>Establish credibility to interact with all levels of management, including senior leadership.</li> <li>Demonstrate superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.</li> <li>Maintain a strong command of English with knowledge of Arabic as a plus.</li> <li>Keep up-to-date on international and regional economic data and identify trends that may affect the company.</li> <li>Provide guidance and direction to junior financial analysts.</li> <li>Communicate with all levels of the organization, including mentoring new hires and presenting to This Company management on certain occasions.</li><br></ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>MBA or other advanced business degree from a recognized and approved program.</li> <li>Advanced certifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred.</li> <li>5+ years experience in handling finance field.</li></ul>
