Our client is an elite SaaS provider in UAE, aiming to provide customers with world-class service using cutting-edge technology.<p><br></p>The company has been operating in India since 2018 and they have been starting up their operations in the UAE and other countries in the Gulf since earlier this year.<p><br></p>They are currently looking to build a strong and energetic FSD Executive to join their team in Dubai.<p><br></p>In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring leads and generating revenue by onboarding new apartment complexes and societies, by meeting with prospective clients in person and explaining the product.<p><br></p>Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li>Deploying a financial solution to digitize the functionalities of a gated community is the primary responsibility</li><li>Meet clients, and execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution</li><li>Connect with real-estate and OAM clients to understand the scope of business and their expectations</li><li>Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate opportunities to improve customer satisfaction<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Desired Candidate Profiles</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 1-5 years of proven track record in deploying financial solutions and ability to meet targets</li><li>Should have a 4-wheeler vehicle with DL Mandatory.</li><li>The candidate must have basic accounting and finance background (e.g. Graduated with a BAF degree)</li><li>Should have an interest in business development for Software Application products/solutions (B2C)</li><li>Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to generate revenue for the organization</li><li>Should be proficient in Hindi and English</li><li>Fluency in the regional language is a plus point</li><li>Effective presentation and negotiation skills</li><li>The candidate should have proficiency in Tally and MS Office<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What we have to offer!</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Working directly with the leadership team; having a high level of work independence, autonomy, and empowerment to lead company-wide changes</li><li>Being part of a start-up from an early stage, lead your area of expertise and be a part of this exciting growth journey of changing the real estate world</li><li>Excellent platform for learning how to build teams, achieve goals and handle high-growth situations.
