<p>Are you a finance professional seeking a unique and exciting opportunity to work closely with the NextGen of a highly influential family in Saudi Arabia? We are currently searching for a Finance Director to join our client’s team and play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of his portfolio of companies, as well as collaborating with our NextGen on new acquisitions and divestments.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>- Assume the role of Finance Director for one of our client’s portfolio companies.</p><p>- Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the companies within the portfolio.</p><p>- Collaborate on evaluating and executing new acquisitions and divestments.</p><p>- Oversee financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.</p><p>- Conduct financial analysis, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective financial strategies.</p><p>- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>- Proven experience in a finance leadership role, preferably as a Finance Director or equivalent.</p><p>- Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of financial controls.&nbsp;</p><p>- Experience in corporate finance.</p><p>- Exceptional integrity, humility coupled with confidence, and the ability to stay grounded.</p><p>- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.</p><p>- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.</p><p>- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing circumstances, and deliver results within deadlines.</p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
