<p>The financial controller should have a strong background in accounting and financial reporting. The financial controller will be responsible for ensuring that the financial statements of the holding company and its subsidiaries are accurate, complete, and comply with accounting standards. The financial controller should also work closely with the CFO to develop financial policies and procedures and ensure that they are properly implemented.</p><p>Job Summary:</p><p>The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting functions of the holding company and its subsidiaries. They will ensure that financial statements are accurate, complete, and comply with accounting standards. The Financial Controller will work with the CFO to develop financial policies and procedures and ensure that they are properly implemented. They will manage the finance team and coordinate with external auditors and other stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>● Manage the accounting and financial reporting functions of the holding company and its subsidiaries</p><p>● Ensure that financial statements are accurate, complete, and comply with accounting standards</p><p>● Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements</p><p>● Coordinate with external auditors to ensure that financial statements are audited in a timely and accurate manner</p><p>● Prepare and review financial statements and reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements</p><p>● Manage the finance team and ensure that they are properly trained and motivated</p><p>● Provide guidance and support to other departments on financial matters</p><p>● Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders</p><p>● Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and increase efficiency</p><p>● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new regulations to ensure that the finance function remains relevant and effective.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>● Bachelors or Masters degree in accounting, finance, or business administration</p><p>● CPA or CFA certification</p><p>● Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably in a holding company or multinational corporation</p><p>● <span>Experience in the big four, </span>Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements</p><p>● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</p><p>● Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>● Demonstrated ability to manage a finance team and work effectively with other departments and stakeholders</p>
