Responsible to lead the Finance Operation for the Ibis and Adagio Doha Hotel Complex. Both hotels recently opened, Ibis Doha has 153 room and Adagio Doha 153 apartments. Provides the financial expertise to enable the successful implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives while maximizing the return on investment, ensuring a high quality of service, the reliability of reports and respecting group's standards, timetables and policies. A sucessfull candidate must demonstrate strong financial leadership within the hotel and to be able to deliver the expectations of the hotel owning company.

Duties include but not limited to:
– Setting effective policies & procedures aligning with the brand to promote profitability and cost reductions.
– Assist in preparing annual hotel budget with the management team.
– Setting appropriate forecasting strategies to anticipate business needs.
– Monitor and analyze all payroll procedures.
– Enforce and manage credit policies.
– Recommend enhancements and changes to procedures as needed based on analyzed financial data.
