<p><strong>Kinetic</strong> is working with a multinational <strong>Pharmaceutical</strong> company who are hiring a <strong>Financial Controller</strong> responsible for North Africa &amp; Egypt to be based in <strong>Egypt.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic, and French. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key aspects of the role include:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement robust financial control procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices for Northern Africa and Egypt.</li><li>Consistently analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.</li><li>Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and ensure alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.</li><li>Continuously review and enhance financial systems, processes, and guidelines to optimise efficiency and accuracy.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>To be successful you will need to meet the following:</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business Administration/ Economics and/or Diploma degree.</strong></li><li><strong>Minimum</strong> <strong>5-7 years of Finance and Business Controlling roles, preferably within the Pharmaceutical/FCMG Industry.</strong> Audit experience (assurance, tax, corporate finance) is highly desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of finance and accounting principles, financial reporting standards (IFRS), and tax regulations.</li><li>Proficient in financial software, SAP, and project management</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li><strong>Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic, and French.</strong></li><li>Proven track record of driving financial performance and delivering results.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered.
