<strong>Operations Support FP&amp;A Job Description</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Key participant during Annual and Mid-Year budget process. </li><li>Manage 12 Month Rolling Forecast for P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, headcount, and Capex. </li><li>Prepare consolidated regional reports on periodic basis for management team. </li><li>Ensuring financial reporting accuracy of both P&amp;L and Balance Sheet. </li><li>Ensuring correct procedures are followed in line with accounting policies and corporate policies. </li><li>Contribute in regular FP&amp;A team meetings, to keep informed on current business activity and next 12 months forecast and highlight any issues. </li><li>Support Business Unit Team and Accounting team on regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements. </li><li>Implement or use Power-BI dashboards. To monitor KPIs and regional performance on monthly basis. </li><li>Monitoring and improving working capital, including overseeing AR and Inventory KPI’s for designated departments. </li><li>Handle lease requests for Property, facility or vehicle new leases or renewal. </li><li>Work with Collections team on Cash applications and upload bi-weekly cash forecasts. </li><li>Prepare and review the POC calculation. </li><li>Follow up with managers budgeted and actual cost. </li><li>Prepare commentary report for monthly variances between the actual and forecast. </li><li>Prepare unbilled report. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree on Finance and Accounting preferably. </li><li>Nationality: Saudi </li><li>2-5 years accounting experience or in a similar role. </li><li>Oil and Gas Experience is a plus. </li><li>Strong understanding of business strategy. Strong quantitative skills; advanced Excel skills;. Excellent communication and presentation skills. </li><li>Financial analyst experience </li><li>P&amp;L management Experience </li><li>POC calculation knowledge </li><li>Computer literacy (including excellent command of Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook) </li><li>Understanding of Access Database, use of Power BI is a plus.</li></ul>
