Leading and managing the budget and forecast process together and supporting the financial reporting & tax compliance requirements. </p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Key Accountabilities:</em></strong></p><ul><li> <span>Lead a continuous improvement program for Trade Working Capital.</span></li><li><span>Work closely with the business to provide timely financial/business insights to help drive business performance.</span></li><li> <span>Lead and manage the annual budgeting process.</span></li><li> <span>Support the preparation of all financial reporting requirements required by the Group (monthly and year end).</span></li><li><span>Help drive process improvement across the reporting area.</span></li><li><span>Support Excise and VAT reporting & compliance. </span></li><li> <span>Support Internal & External audits.</span></li><li><span>Lead financial oversights across Inventory management by working closely with the Inventory controller.</span></li><li><span>Other Ad hoc projects and tasks assigned time to time.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>and possess;</em></strong></p><ul><li>Problem solving skills</li><li>Friendly and positive attitude</li><li>Time management</li><li>Fluency in English, verbal and written</li><li>Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize</li><li>Ability to deal with confidential issues discreetly and sensitively with excellent attention to detail</li><li>Proficient in using Microsoft Office.</li></ul><p><br></p>
