Job Description

The Financial Analyst will work closely with Finance Director on forecasting, reporting and will support on different projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Review monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.

Consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.

Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics.

Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.

Support development of financial reporting and analysis tool; help develop, support and improve business processes and accounting policies to maintain & strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

Positive attitude is must, with willingness to improvise.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CMA or ACCA is a plus.

3-4 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, or other related fields.

Advanced Excel skills is a must with strong working knowledge of both Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Attention to accuracy and detail required while working under higher pressure.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Time management & organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff at different levels.
