Job brief:<p><br></p>Analyze B2C BU KPIs and revenue, validate offers and proposals, identifies and raises flag upon recognizing change in trend that may impact the segment revenue or profitability.<p><br></p>Responsibilities:<p><br></p>1. Receives budget input from the commercial team.<p><br></p>2. Reviews validate and challenge the budget input.<p><br></p>3. Build up the full budget of B2C.<p><br></p>4. Meets with commercial department to discuss assumptions<p><br></p>5. Identifies key risks and opportunities in the financial KPIs<p><br></p>6. Produces budget pack for revenue & costs including KPI?s .<p><br></p>7. Performs analysis for the revenue and cost, identifies key variances from budget<p><br></p>8. Meets with commercial team on monthly basis to discuss variances and reasons behind the variance<p><br></p>9. Build up business cases from commercial pricing team inputs.<p><br></p>10. Make sure that the agreed margin is covered, and profitability margin sustained.<p><br></p>11. Validates and provides constructive challenge for key assumptions<p><br></p>12. Performs sensitivity/what if analysis<p><br></p>13. Identifies risks and opportunities in the business case<p><br></p>14. Provides recommendation of go/no go<p><br></p>15. Build daily/weekly trends for KPI?s and revenue<p><br></p>16. Identifies any change in trends, raise flags for any budget threat<p><br></p>17. Meet with Commercial team to discuss trends and corrective actions if needed<p><br></p>18. Read thoroughly B2C contracts and partnership agreements.<p><br></p>19. Make sure the terms and conditions match with the business case<p><br></p>20. Make sure the payment terms are in alignment with the Finance criteria<p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><strong>Education:</strong><p><br></p>Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.<p><br></p><strong>Experience:</strong><p><br></p>4 to 5 Years Experience In The Same Function.<p><br></p><strong>Skills and abilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Very good English both spoken and written.</li><li>Very good computer skills.</li><li>Strong Customer Orientation.</li><li>Strong communication, listening & interpersonal skills.</li><li>Flexibility & ability to work in a team.</li><li>Self-confident with professional behavior & attitude. </li><li>High sense of time management.<br></li></ul>
