Job Description
<p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>· Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information of the Group Companies.</p><p>· Managing business processes, administration, and financial management.</p><p>· Maintains accounting system. </p><p>· Reporting to management and stakeholders and providing advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.</p><p>· Preparation of Intercompany Reconciliation</p><p>· Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.</p><p>· Assist in the processing of income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines of all Group Companies. </p><p>· Perform month end closing procedures.</p><p>· Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.</p><p>· Manage & lead the accounts & finance team of the Group. </p><p>· Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.</p><p>· Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Chartered Accountant or equivalent degree in Finance or related field 4 – 5 years of relevant experience</li><li>Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)</li><li>Detail-oriented and analytical</li></ul>
