Black &amp; Grey HR is currently recruiting for an International Luxury Retail brand seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in improving processes and analyzing financial activities, including accounting, controlling, and treasury. Candidates with financial audit experience in a Big 4 firm are highly encouraged to apply.<br><br><strong><u>Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li> Provide financial reports and interpret financial information for managerial staff, while recommending appropriate courses of action.</li><li> Advise on investment activities and develop strategies for the company.</li><li> Maintain the financial health of the organization.</li><li> Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and compare the companys performance to business plans.</li><li> Develop trends and projections for the firms finances.</li><li> Conduct reviews and evaluations to identify cost-reduction opportunities.</li><li> Oversee the operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and establish a framework for their achievement.</li><li> Manage the preparation of the companys budget.</li><li> Collaborate with auditors to ensure proper monitoring of company finances.</li><li> Communicate and collaborate with various departments to discuss company plans and align on future paths.<br></li></ul>Requirements- 5 to 10 years’ experience in a Big 4 audit firm mandatory<br><ul><li> Prior experience as a Financial Manager</li><li> BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics</li><li> Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus<br></li></ul><strong><u>Benefits<br></u></strong><ul><li> Competitive salary + Benefits.<br></li></ul>Relocation Support:<br><br>Relocation support will be provided to candidates from India with Big 4 experience who are selected for this role.
