<p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, and decision-maker, and providing regular financial reporting. A reliable financial manager that will analyze everyday financial activities & subsequently provide advice & guidance to upper management on future financial plans. This role is primarily to generate analytical findings & provide recommendations across the scope of objectives & deliverables of the organization, either independently or in collaboration with others, as well as coordinate planning activities, perform variance analysis & be able to proactively identify & provide solutions for problems & issues that arise in the assigned areas. This role is also for coordinating, preparing & consolidating performance analysis & reporting to management, including preparing business plans. Mid-year & year-end accountability reports. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Plan, execute & lead finance & performance management analytical activities under the broad guidance of the companyβs president & CEO, particularly in resolving complex, cross-functional, non-routine, and/or design issues. </li><li>Generate analytical findings & recommendations across the scope of objectives & deliverables of the organization, either independently or in collaboration with others.</li><li>Create & maintain a financial model for reporting actual results in combination with the short to midterm planning processes</li><li>Prepare reporting for management for commercial & business management & providing financial advice & support to business projects.</li><li>Taking the lead in preparing budgets & financial plans ensuring they reflect objectives outlined in the business plan.</li><li> Responsible for the financial planning, reporting & accounting of the companies within the Oil & Gas sector. </li><li>Manage the company’s financial forecasting, budget, cash control & financial reporting.</li><li>Organize management efficiently with all financial systems & processes in the company. </li><li>Advise & support the management team on all financial systems & processes in the company</li><li>Lead financial meetings</li><li>Complete financial accounting and forecasting</li><li>Deliver reports and metrics to leadership</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Must have relevant experience of 15 years of financial experience, at least 10 years in the Middle East within a Terminal, Oil & Gas Industry & at least 5 years in managing people.</li><li>Excellent communication, outgoing personality & interpersonal skills with good global networking.</li><li> Good knowledge of Oil Products, Crude Oil, and petroleum products, shipping, terminal & vessel operations.</li><li>Dynamic & modern approach to managing finances & working as a management team member.</li><li> Excellent analytical & forward-thinking abilities, as well as detailed oriented with the ability to develop</li><li>& Interpret sophisticated excel spreadsheets.</li><li>Impeccable organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure, while managing a large workload & meet deadlines. </li><li>Highly analytical with outstanding attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent project management & problem-solving skills</li></ul>
