My client is looking for a Finance Manager with 7+ years of experience to build and develop the finance function.

Description
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Manage the accounting and bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources and the protection of assets.Manage the preparation and administration of grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements.Oversee the management of investments and cash management, ensuring that resources are invested effectively and that adequate cash is available to support the operations.Manage the preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.Provide financial advice and guidance to the management and Board of Directors and participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans.Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other stakeholders to support the financial operations.Oversee finance staff training and development and provide mentorship and support to ensure their professional growth and development.

Profile
7+ years of experience within finance and accounting rolesStart-up or non-profit experience is a plusHolding a certification would be preferred Great communication skills in Arabic and English
