About the job Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency and mitigate risk.
- Monitor the company’s financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders on financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management in the UAE.
- Must have experience in contracting & construction industryÂ
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage a finance team and provide leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
