Job Description
<strong><u>The Company</u></strong><p><br></p>Robert Half are working with a global commodity trading business looking to enhance their Finance function.<p><br></p><strong>The Role</strong><p><br></p>The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing several legal entities across the group with exposure across functions, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis. You will work closely with senior management to provide accurate financial information and help guide decision-making across the organization.<p><br></p><ul><li>Lead the controlling team and provide guidance and support to team members</li><li>Develop and implement controlling strategies that support the company’s overall business objectives</li><li>Create and manage the annual budget process, including coordinating with department heads to ensure accurate and timely submissions</li><li>Develop and implement cost control measures to ensure efficient use of resources</li><li>Analyse and evaluate financial performance against key business metrics</li><li>Provide regular financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders</li><li>Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and other financial institutions</li><li>Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>The Candidate</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field</li><li>At least 7 years of experience</li><li>Ideally experience working across the Big 4</li><li>Must hold professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA or equivalent</li><li>Language proficiency in Mandarin or Russian is advantageous</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Knowledge of local and international financial regulation</li><li>Experience managing a team</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Salary And Benefits</u></strong><p><br></p>AED 25,000- 30,000, Family health insurance and visa, Flights and discretionary bonus<p><br></p>Robert Half is committed to equal opportunity and diversity.
