If you are a high-performing, driven individual then we would love for you to join our team!<p><br></p>We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in Riyadh to take charge of our financial operations and help us achieve our goals. We’re looking for an exceptional candidate who possesses a diverse skill set that includes financial analysis, reporting, cash flow management, risk management, tax compliance, team management, relationship building, process improvement, and strategic planning.<p><br></p>As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:<p><br></p><ul><li>Developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgets to ensure effective financial planning and analysis. You’ll keep a close eye on our financial performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Your keen attention to detail will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.</li><li>Managing cash flow by forecasting cash requirements, optimizing cash balances, and ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet financial obligations.</li><li>Identifying and managing financial risks such as market, credit, operational, and legal risks. You’ll also develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations while devising tax planning strategies to optimize our tax positions.</li><li>Leading and guiding finance teams to achieve our financial objectives. Your exceptional leadership skills will contribute to maintaining a high-performing finance team.</li><li>Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including lenders, investors, and regulatory authorities. You’ll effectively communicate our financial performance and strategy to these stakeholders.</li><li>Continuously improving finance processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Providing valuable financial insights and analysis to contribute to the development of our organization’s overall strategy and informed decision-making.</li><li>10+ years of experience in the field.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate teams while leading by example.</li><li>Strong delegation skills for fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.</li><li>Keen attention to detail in identifying errors or discrepancies in financial reports.</li><li>Problem-solving skills to balance financial objectives with organizational goals.</li><li>Operate with integrity, ensuring transparency and honesty in all financial dealings.</li><li>Adaptability to quickly respond to new challenges and opportunities.</li><li>Constant self-improvement, and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.</li></ul>
