You will play a crucial role in developing financial strategies, analyzing financial data, and providing insights and recommendations to support the company’s growth and profitability. Your role will involve working closely with the executive team, project managers, and other departments to ensure effective financial management.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Financial Planning and Analysis:</strong></p><p>Develop and implement financial planning strategies to support the company’s long-term goals and objectives.</p><p>Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to identify trends and areas for improvement.</p><p>Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Budgeting and Cost Control:</strong></p><p>Collaborate with department heads to prepare and monitor annual budgets.</p><p>Track and control costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.</p><p>Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to optimize financial resources.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Financial Reporting and Compliance</strong>:</p><p>Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</p><p>Monitor and enforce compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.</p><p>Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and address any audit findings.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Accounts Payable Management:</strong></p><p>Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payments.</p><p>Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favourable payment terms.</p><p>Monitor and reconcile accounts payable transactions, resolve any discrepancies, and address vendor inquiries.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Accounts Receivable Management:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Manage the account’s receivable function, including timely and accurate issuance of invoices and statements to customers.</p><p>Monitor and track customer payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and manage the collections process.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Cash Flow Management:</strong></p><p>Monitor cash flow projections and manage cash flow requirements of the company.</p><p>Implement effective cash management strategies to optimize cash utilization and maintain liquidity.</p><p>Identify and mitigate financial risks related to cash flow and liquidity management.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Financial Decision Support:</strong></p><p>Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making processes.</p><p>Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of business initiatives.</p><p>Evaluate investment opportunities and perform ROI analysis for capital expenditure projects.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Team Leadership and Development</strong>:</p><p>Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.</p><p>Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment within the finance department.</p><p>Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial management.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:</strong></p><p>Qualified CA</p><p>Proven experience (5+ years) as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry. If you have 6 to 10 years of relevant financial experience. If you hold commercial enterprise managerial reporting experience. If you have a strong hold on Technical and Functional skills in financial controlling. If you have worked in SAP and C4C platforms.
