We are looking for Accounting Payable Associate.<p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Creating Import tax (DDU) for End customer everyday</li><li>Reconciling Bayans with Pre alert performa</li><li>Addressing discrepancies in Value of goods VS Bayans</li><li>Creating monthly local invoices across KSA & cross border invoices for import taxes </li><li>Following up on Bayans AR from Intercompany teams</li><li>Unbilling orders and following Finance protocols</li><li>Supporting month end and year end closing tasks.</li><li>Uploading Bayan payments online and ensuring all bayans are paid on time</li><li>Ensuring all temporary manpower invoices are as per the latest guideline.</li><li>Be responsible for first-level bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations</li><li>Vendor Payment from Transfora as per payment plan</li><li>Update and maintain expense reporting tool</li><li>Support in the preparation of accurate and timely filing of Value Added Tax (VAT) tax returns</li><li>Assist the Finance Manager in the compilation of reports to management </li><li>Participate in the Weekly /Monthly meetings with Team </li><li>Maintenance of Vendor Data and history</li><li>Initiate the Payment proposal for Vendors, Employees and Contractors – Checks and Bank transfers</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Your Qualifications:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelors in (Accounting/Finance/Business Administration)</li><li>Minimum 1 years of associate accounting experience</li><li>Minimum 1year of experience in working on excel.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Your Proficiencies:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment</li><li>Excellent communication skills both written and oral</li><li>Ready to put his/her knowledge into practice</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Arabic speaker preferred.</li></ul>
