<p><strong>Job Purpose :</strong> Responsible for the financial management of the business, providing leadership, direction, and guidance on financial planning, budgeting, reporting and analysis, as well as ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Main objective is to optimize the company’s financial performance and maximize shareholder value</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li>Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, aligning it with the overall e& Group corporate goals and objectives.</li><li>Financial Planning and Analysis: Review and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to provide accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making.</li><li>Manage financial policies and procedures that pertain to the company as a whole to maintain internal strength and control in alignment with Group Finance.</li><li>Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and implement internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets.</li><li>Consolidation: Perform consolidation of the different subsidiaries of the vertical and financial reporting activities while implementing accounting and reporting policy and governance protocols, aligned with Group policies</li><li>Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the organization’s cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for daily operations and long-term investments. Responsible for recommending how to change the process to improve cash flow and how credit limits and terms should be set.</li><li>Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and reporting standards. Review and present monthly financial variance analysis of key performance indicators with explanatory comments to CEO as needed. Ensure that the financial and accounting data is accurate, reports are completed on time and within the boundaries and rules of accounting standards. Provide regular reports to the Financial Controlling, Planning & Strategy as and when requested</li><li>Investment Management: In coordination with Business Planning, evaluate investment opportunities, assess potential risks and returns, and provide recommendations on capital allocation and investment strategies.</li><li>Funding and Capital Structure: Manage the capital structure, optimize funding sources, and liaise with Group, banks, investors, and stakeholders for financing needs.</li><li>Mergers and Acquisitions: Lead financial due diligence, evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions, negotiate deals, and oversee integration processes.</li><li>Stakeholder Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with auditors, and other key stakeholders</li><li>Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.</li><li>Review the Revenue/Expense and Balance Sheet Accounts Schedules on a monthly basis to ascertain that balances are fairly stated and take corrective actions based on issues observed</li><li>Collection: Ensure accuracy of invoice details, collection and reconciliation.</li><li>Partners/customersβ relationship: Addresses customer inquiries to achieve/reach total customer satisfaction</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience Required</strong>:</p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in a Finance role within a ideally within a multinational organization</li><li>Bachelors in Banking, Finance, Economics, Accounting and relevant professional accounting qualification / certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, etc.)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><em>At e& diversity is our strength and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.
