Key responsibilities:
Own end-to-end financial planning and spend forecast cycles for the product portfolio for the area Develop an understanding of critical business performance drivers and support decision making Provide periodic and ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting in support of executive management Own the initiative governance for the platform portfolio and drive risk and opportunities views when new investment is submitted for approval Manage the financial processes and workflow with the GSC teams Lead or participate in cross-functional, intra-divisional, and/or global finance projects Recommend and implement process improvements and automation to achieve better results; Follow standards and ensure compliance with policies Ensure the Capacity Plans will be deployed as planned, address risk on potential delays and opportunities on Sales pipeline to accelerate the plan together with regional implementation team Support Area Investments with critical evaluation of business case, assist product to prepare robust financial forecast for IPβs Own vertical priorities and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for vertical level progress, business insights and economic updates Identify opportunities for Product Growth for the ve rtical Single point of c ontact for Commercial teams for data requirements Β· Customer Interaction to identify business and process pain points and create business opportunities by offering solution support as SME Drive improvement areas to focus on customer needs Co llaborate with sales on requirements for onboarding the customer on integrated strategy
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or equivalent required, MBA plus Minimum 5-7 years of related industry experience is a plus Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills combined with ability to condense detailed subject matter into clear and effective communications Ability to influence and drive change across multiple functional units Results oriented, drives issues to closure Possesses strong business knowledge Adaptable and able to keep the bigger picture in focus while navigating through a complex issue* Ability to work both independently, as well as and as part of a cross-departmental team where innovative solutions are required.
