<strong><u>About The Role</u></strong><p><br></p>Our position <strong>Finance BP Morocco</strong>, based in Casablanca, Morocco.<p><br></p>The Finance BP acts as a service provider to the regional finance community, the site manager and management by performing reporting activities and by providing in-depth financial analysis for the purpose of strategic and tactical decision-making. He/She acts as the ‘financial eyes’ in the plant for both the local plant management team and the General Manager.<p><br></p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities Include</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Developing, analyzing and presenting financial results to the business and management </li><li> Analysis and review of actuals versus budget versus prior year </li><li> Analysis factory and supply chain costs and provide financial information on multi-dimensional components of the drivers </li><li> Analysis production costs (KPI’s), supporting contract negotiations (e.g. energy), acting a gatekeeper of internal controls, inventory counts </li><li> Precalculation and postcalculation on costs </li><li> Providing SG&amp;A insights and Cost Control </li><li> Supporting budget holders on preparing operating budgets, forecasts, MTP and capex plans </li><li> Support organizational projects </li><li> Preparation of cost center reports </li><li> Identifying or supporting cost savings and productivity initiatives to drive cost leadership </li><li> Creating investment proposals, manage CAPEX approvals, monitor, track and ensure CAPEX is within a spend </li><li> Contributing to cost leadership as a strategic pillar in the organization </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>About You</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar </li><li> Min. 5 years of experience in Finance </li><li> Extensive experience in finance: accounting and controlling is a must </li><li> Experience in a multinational company, preferably in B2B / food industries </li><li> English business proficiency, written and oral </li><li> French and/or Arabic business proficiency, written and oral </li><li> In-depth knowledge of manufacturing environment </li><li> Knowledge of controlling and financial methodologies and reporting </li><li> IFRS and local GAAP knowledge </li><li> Sage knowledge </li><li> Strong analytical skills, strong drive to deliver </li><li> Good leadership and change management skills </li><li> **All applications must be submitted in English </li></ul><p><br></p>At Barry Callebaut, we are committed to Diversity &amp; Inclusion.
