Job Description
Our client is a Financial Service provider with professional expertise in delivering multi-jurisdictional investment and asset protection solutions. They are looking for a Finance Associate for their team in Dubai on a short term contract of <strong>3 months</strong> starting immediately.<p><br></p>Requirements:<p><br></p><ul><li>2-3 years experience in UAE in a similar role</li><li>Should have a Family Sponsorship and can join immediately <br></li></ul><p><br></p>Roles & Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li>Monitor Statement of Accounts, payments, invoices related to each client financials</li><li>Proactively collecting debts from company debtors, ensuring to collect over and above the credit days debtors on timely manner.</li><li>Keeping and filing of invoices copies to maintain proper records for clients</li><li>Support team in conversations with clients regarding payment plans and terms </li><li>Maintain clients master sheet and continuously updating contact details, payment status and client feedback</li><li>Coordinating with the team for any cheque or payment collection and allocation</li><li>Record daily collection updates and issue reports to support HOCS in debt management</li><li>Assist HOCS with weekly forecast and reporting<br></li></ul>
