As a Filtration Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
路 Supervising Fluids Environmental Services (FES) mobilization, operations and demobilization of FES equipment
路 Troubleshooting equipment and preparing daily reports
路 Performing on the job maintenance, and ordering equipment and supplies
路 Supervising Field Service Operators during service delivery .
路 Attending all required safety meetings and conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HS&E policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values

To be successful in this role you will:
路 Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in filtration operations
路 Have a diploma or higher (two year technical degree preferred)
路 Have onshore and offshore experience
路 Have excellent communication and problem solving skills
路 Have excellent interpersonal and team working skills

Hello everyone. This is Hirsan. I’m aspiring associate TPS field service engineering leadership track. Basically, this track is designed to be completed in three years and first year is mainly dedicated to acquire knowledge and capabilities of different turbomachinery products and services through extensive training sessions and on-the-job assignments. I am currently in my first year and I’ve just completed a virtual technical training, which I became familiar with different TPS products and their application in the industry, different digital tools that we use in TPS. So basically, I’m ready now to go on-the-job assignment, which is a challenging assignment on the customer side to retain what I’ve learned to recall so far. Thank you.
