<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Participate in multi-disciplined teams to resolve programmatic issues</p><p>• Work closely with the Fleet Management Team to support all aspects of fielding, embedded maintenance and warranty</p><p>• Meet regularly with functional departments to develop, monitor, and improve overall support program performance</p><p>• Function as customer-facing representative, developing and building strong customer relationships to facilitate effective contract execution with multiple customers in Saudi Arabia</p><p>• Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective lines of communication</p><p>• Assist in identifying and mitigating all risk elements of the program and of the bid and proposal process</p><p>• Support customer meetings to interpret, and resolve program and contractual issues</p><p>• Develop and deliver reporting/presentations to a variety of internal/external stakeholders</p><p>• Support internal departmental reporting activities</p><p>• Prepare contractual correspondence, including letters, meetings/presentation material</p><p>• As required, translate business documentation including technical and non-technical documentation</p><p>• Assume coverage for Deputy Program Manager, if requested</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>• Minimum 3 years relevant experience</p><p>• Direct customer-facing experience and Project Management/Program Office experience</p><p>• Fluent in both English and Arabic (KSA)</p><p>• Customer and detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to plan, analyze and solve complex problems</p><p>• Proven ability to work as a team to achieve common objectives</p><p>• Self-motivated and effective in a multi-disciplinary team, including facilitating discussion, agreement and issue resolution</p><p>• Strong negotiation, oral, written, and presentation communication skills</p><p>• Experience in all MS Office applications, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook</p><p>• Ability to travel (20% in KSA)</p>
