Partner with the best

As a Field Supervisor, you will be working closely with customers and supervising the daily operations of your team within the region. You’ll provide technical guidance and insight to support the delivery of customer projects. You will play an essential role in identifying improvements to products, processes and procedures.

As a Field Supervisor – Directional Drilling, you will be responsible for:

·         Providing support, mentoring, supervision and guidance to Field Engineers to ensure day-to-day wellsite work activities are completed.

·         Managing cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects for customers.

·         Supporting external customers and cross-functional teams at wellsite to provide technical knowledge and direction as needed.

·         Analyzing and interpreting system information and data to provide effective resolution to complex problems at wellsites.

·         Ensuring work is verified to enable successful customer delivery and sign-off of agreed work objectives.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·         Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/ GED).

·         Have minimum 8 years of experience as a directional driller.

·         Demonstrate expertise with rotary steerable and conventional assemblies.

·         Have experience working on motor and RSS.

·         Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others.

·         Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers.
