<strong>Rôle et responsabilités</strong><p><br></p>We are looking for two Field Service Representatives to provide on-site technical support to the operators and staff at the Joint Simulation and War-Game Centre (JSWGC).<p><br></p>Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:<p><br></p><ul><li>Representing CAE to the Customer and End User. </li><li>Providing onsite technical support to JSWGC operators and staff running</li><li>GlobalSim and supporting software at the hub and spoke locations. </li><li>Assist in the development and conduct of exercises. </li><li>Assist in building the database, ORBATs, scenarios and mapping. </li><li>Assist with running software updates and resolving hardware and software issues, liaising with 3rd party companies, when required. </li><li>Ensure that all security processes, procedures, and documentation standards in relation to the assignment are adhered to and maintained. </li></ul><p><br></p>The successful candidate should have:<p><br></p><ul><li>University degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent; specifically knowledge of Computer networks, MS Office, Windows and Linux operating systems. </li><li>Experience in programming and scripting. </li><li>Demonstrable experience as a Field Service Engineer or equivalent. </li><li>Military background or experience of working in a military environment. </li><li>Knowledge of command and staff training systems. </li><li>Experience of developing and constructing training exercises. </li><li>Excellent planning, communication, organisational and co-ordination skills. </li></ul><p><br></p>Please note:<p><br></p><ul><li>This role will be based in Kuwait and may require overtime and weekend working. </li><li>This role is also subject to satisfy the right to work and security clearance requirements for Kuwait</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Type d’emploi</strong><p><br></p>Régulier<p><br></p>CAE remercie tous les candidats de leur intérêt.
