<strong>Field Service Engineer ( Centrifugal pumps &amp; rotating Equipment) – 6 Months, leading to Full Time if proven suitable </strong> :<p><br></p><strong><u>The Main Responsibilities Entails</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Provision of safe and effective site and workshop overhaul, repair installation and commissioning services for all rotating equipment </li><li> Be the first point of contact for allocated customers in respect of any issues relating to agreed on-site scopes of work </li><li> Develop strong relationships with key client contacts </li><li> Be responsible for on-site Health &amp; Safety </li><li> Compile on-site Risk Assessments for scopes of work. </li><li> Lead and supervise on-site repair teams during site contract execution. </li><li> Provide continuous improvement in repair, installation and commissioning activities </li><li> Develop and maintain good and effective relationships with clients to optimise further service opportunities </li><li> Liaise with technical departments within Sulzer to develop engineering solutions </li><li> Manage relevant suppliers and subcontractors </li><li> Compilation of comprehensive site reports in line with company quality management system </li><li> Participate and actively support company initiatives to succeed in this role, you will need: </li><li> Relevant experience of minimum 10 years of working on centrifugal pumps and rotating equipment . </li><li> Expertise in Compressors and Steam turbines would be an advantage but not mandatory. </li><li> Proficient in English </li><li> Experience working in the Middle East </li><li> Ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings and data. Certified mechanical engineer, with proven expertise in centrifugal pumps and rotating equipment and driving continuous improvement across maintenance services and repair. Location: The position is based in Doha, Qatar.</li></ul>
