Position title: Field Sales Supervisor<br><br>Location: Tabuk, Saudi Arabia<br><br>Full-time<br><br><strong>Position Summary:</strong> You will lead the sales unit to deliver area sales objectives by category, volume and value. Your role is to ensure execution excellence. Can you control, motivate and train Nestlé’s talented sales team towards achieving excellence?<br><br><strong>A Day in the Life… </strong><ul><li>Managing both General Trade and Modern trade channels </li><li>Responsible that core distribution, coverage and visibility objectives are met </li><li>Develop, negotiate, implement &amp; monitor Customer Business Plans in alignment with Company Objectives </li><li>Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date tracker that includes the following:</li><ul><li>Sales Achievements vs. Targets </li><li>Sales by Category/Brand per unit</li><li> Team Performance Records – Customers Information </li><li>Competition information</li></ul><li> To lead, manage, control, develop and motivate the Field Sales Team </li><li>Develop and manage long-term effective business relationship with customers </li><li> Accountable and responsible for the development of sales team via regular on-the-job training and field appraisals<br></li></ul>ARE YOU A FIT?<br><ul><li>Must be fluent in Arabic.
