As a Field Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and cash flow targets within the local market. You will play a crucial role in developing business opportunities, maximizing market potential, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise in lead generation, customer profiling, activity planning, and CRM updating will be instrumental in driving sales success for our esteemed client.
Responsibilities:
* Take charge of achieving sales, profitability, and cash flow targets within the designated local market
* Identify and develop new business opportunities while effectively exploiting the market potential
* Generate leads, profile customers, plan sales activities, and diligently update records in the CRM system
* Continuously strive to increase customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and personalized solutions
* Gather and provide valuable market feedback on segment trends to ensure our client remains at the forefront of the industry
* Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships while proactively seeking new opportunities
* Efficiently manage the market by fulfilling the appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in accordance with the Company’s sales code
* Leverage your experience and consultative selling approach to effectively manage complex deals and successfully sell solutions
* Utilize CRM software proficiently, with a solid understanding of Salesforce being an added advantage
* Embrace a result-driven approach, consistently striving to exceed sales targets
* Demonstrate excellent listening, communication, and presentation abilities to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders
